• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (except COD orders).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
• COD is available within the UAE.
• Customers must ensure availability to receive the order.
• If a COD order is rejected without valid reason, Sewtrex reserves the right to:
• Restrict future COD orders
• Require prepaid payment for future purchases
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for rejected COD orders.

• Special pricing is available for bulk orders.
• A minimum quantity may be required for discounted rates.
• Customized or embroidered bulk orders require:
• 50% advance payment (non-refundable)
• Production time confirmation before dispatch
• Bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective.
